ট্রাক চলাচলের জন্য ধলেশ্বরী নদীতে বালু ফেলে তৈরি করা হয়েছে রাস্তা। মানিকগঞ্জ সদর উপজেলার রানাদিয়া এলাকায় নদী থেকে অপরিকল্পিতভাবে বালু তোলায় ভাঙন দেখা দিয়েছে। চলছে বালু ব্যবসায়ীদের দৌরাত্ম্য।
